Digital Sign Technologies Inc has launched model 14 of Print Head Doctor, a print head cleaning machine.
The new model comes with all high-performance Swiss pumps by KNF Neuberger, allowing the machine to reach higher flow and pressure. PHD14 can recover several print heads at a time, for example, two Kyocera KJ4 series heads or six Dimatix S-Class heads.
It has a reverse flushing capability, electronically controlled pressure, and fluid temperature and a two-stage filtration with a total of six filters. Adapters are available for most types of inkjet print heads, and the company offers a range of recovery chemicals for UV curable, eco-solvent and water-based print heads.
