Digital Intention, an authorised Roland DG South Africa dealer providing Roland DG products to the Eastern Cape, has announced its tenth year of operation.
The company provides sales, maintenance and repairs for new and second-hand Roland printers as well as accessories, consumables, installation, training, servicing and support, telephonically or on-site.
The company’s Robert Willemstein outlined what he believes it takes to reach this milestone, and the key to success: ‘Digital Intention is built on integrity and the strength of business relationships. Value your product/service and respect your peers, colleagues and most importantly customers. Treat others as you wish to be treated, and seize the opportunity. It’s important to achieve a mix of professional wins, such as success for your customers, and internal wins for yourself.’
He added that one of the company’s highlights over the past ten years is to see customers improvising in the hardest of times to make it through. ‘It’s been a wonderful journey with challenges, commitment, entrepreneurial skills, interpersonal skills and maintaining a positive attitude.’
