Createx will exhibit the new Twinjet printing machines at the Sign Africa Expo, taking place from 21-23 August at the Sandton Convention Centre.
TWINJET SJ-3216 PRO
The 3.2m eco-solvent printer has two fifth generation Epson heads; micro piezoelectric printing technology; variable ink drop technology; elimination of Pass strips with graded Pass combination technology and RIP Support USB2.0 data transmission interface (standard configuration). Features include: high resolution: adopting Epson DX5 Piezo print-head, highest resolution is 1440dpi; high quality: completely new three-level changeable ink drops. Truly realise controllable ink points-scale printing. Professional multi-level feather function guarantees the image is free of cross strips; multiple heating: preheating, middle-heating, post-heating, improving the ink-absorbing ability and therefore ensuring the high printing quality. The print speed is 43sqm/hr.
TX1816 PRO
The TX 1816 can handle up to 1.8m wide printing on textile materials, providing a high-quality printing up to 1440 dpi at double the conventional printer speed. Its ‘progressive pass compensation’ technology provides the perfect printing solution for indoor and outdoor settings. It has a steady mechanical structure and large capacity air-cleaning system. The print speed is 55sqm/hr.
Createx will also showcase the SJ-1605, a 160cm eco-solvent printer with one Epson DX5 print head. Printing speed is 18sqm/hr.
