ColorJet EARTH Series is an advanced sustainable printing solution in the digital textile printing segment. This new process does not require additional equipment for pre and post-treatment, which has led to huge savings of water and energy, and provides a competitive edge in the sustainable direct-to-fabric printing category.
Polymerisation at 160 degrees after printing provides excellent colour fastness and print quality with exceptional production capacity of 2500 linear metres/day.
The Earth series comes with three models: 32, 16 and 8 inkjet powered by Konica Minolta printheads, with the combination of ColorJet’s three new technologies, including Kiloton, Purge Plus and Osci Plus. Purge Plus™ technology ensures the removal of air bubbles from printheads and helps in saving almost 3-4% of total ink used in printing process.
Kiloton™ has increased the printhead life to a considerable extent of up to three years. Osci Plus precise rollers for efficient tension control and smooth feeding of the fabric helps to accommodate almost every kind of fabric for direct printing. The series will be showcased at INDIA ITME from 8- 13 December.
