CMYK Industries showcased its products and services at the Sign Africa Durban Expo, held from 19-20 April at the Durban International Convention Centre.
The company, which has a warehouse in Durban, and businesses based in Johannesburg and Cape Town, has announced that it will open a branch in Bloemfontein soon. CMYK Industries is always looking for reliable partners to sell its brands to areas where they do not have a footprint.
Naude said the Sign Africa Durban Expo was a success. His team enjoyed taking part in the event, which he said had many visitors and which provided valuable market feedback. Caps, T-shirts and sticker production were particularly popular offerings for the company at the show.
The company educated visitors on their latest solutions, such as:
- RIP software that comes with A3 and A4 machines, that allows for reducing/enlarging images as well as changing spot colours and enhancing colours.
- Fluorescent white toner in their machines, allowing for over print and under print of white with CMYK on top.
- Desktop printer models that can print stickers on vinyl, which come with an offline cutter that can cut any shape, as well as print full colour and fluorescent white on T-shirt transfer media for dark and light garments, caps, and hard surface transfer media like tiles, flasks pens, etc.
- Production machinery comes standard with a costing software for each job and an upgrade license for variable data printing.
- All machines have the low fusing temperatures, allowing users to print on many different media and vinyls like semi-gloss, clear gloss, dairy films and even GHS certified medias for the maritime industry.
