Clear Solutions showcased an impressive range of advanced machinery on their stand at the Sign Africa Expo, featuring some of their top-performing models. Highlights included a HandTop flatbed printer, a HandTop roll to roll UV LED Kyocera printer and a JWEI digital cutter.

The HandTop flatbed machine is a versatile model that comes with six printheads and can be configured based on the customer’s requirements. They offer CMYK plus white, as well as different row combinations depending on your preference.
The Kyocera machine is customisable with up to 10 printheads, allowing users to choose between CMYK with or without white, depending on their printing preferences.
The JWEI digital cutter can handle materials up to 10mm thick, making it ideal for printing on rigid boards. In addition to its printing capabilities, the JWEI is equipped with multiple cutting tools, including a router, an oscillating knife and a non-oscillating knife. This multifunctionality enhances the machine’s ability to meet various production demands.
The JWEI cutter also stands out for its unique V-cut function, which adds further precision to the production process. These machines can also perform creasing functions, making them suitable for manufacturing items such as tables and chairs, which require both cutting and folding capabilities. Furthermore, the company’s equipment supports additional processes like bending and laminating, which are applied after printing to ensure high-quality and durable finishes.
