The new PearlPROOF Classic and PearlPROOF Premium OBA papers stand out with superior coating uniformity based on a special coating technology. They are characterised by reduced amounts of optical brightener, an extra coating layer as well as a special base paper, and ideal colour consistency.
Besides that, all other positive and well-known parameters of CGS ORIS proofing papers remain constant, like the huge colour gamut, odourlessness or smooth satin surface. Both new papers are FOGRA-certified and available in 43.1cm, 60.9cm and 111.7cm (17, 24 and 44 inches).

In the same run, the entire media portfolio received new labels, back prints and some paper names have been simplified to make it easier to see at the first glance to which product group a paper belongs and for which application it was made for. All proofing papers are marked with ‘PearlPROOF’ while all eco-solvent proofing substrates for the production of packaging proofs and prototypes are marked with ‘PackPROOF’.
