CalderaRIP is a versatile, powerful and multi-brand RIP solution that integrates seamlessly in any wide format Print and Cut environment. EFI’s new series of digital signage printers, including the POWER 340 and COLORS 340, are now fully compatible with CalderaRIP software.
When it comes to delivering vibrant colours, CalderaRIP embeds the first-class X-Rite i1Prism Profiler for ICC Profiling and the latest version of Adobe PDF Print Engine to ensure accurate reproduction of designs on any substrate. Caldera also comes with Pantone colour libraries to aid visualisation and enhance colour reproduction, allowing users to meet your customers’ expectations and avoid unwanted errors and waste.
The solution is available in several packages to support a wide range of applications. For example, the TextilePro (RGBWorkflow and CustomInkset are optional modules for CalderaRIP software. They are, however, included with the TextilePro Enterprise package) package is a comprehensive RIP solution including the necessary tools for quick, precise and profitable textile printing. The RGBWorkflow feature allows users to carry out print profiles in RGB in order to achieve richer, deeper blacks and the CustomInkset feature makes it possible to create their own ink configurations.
Users can combine CalderaRIP with PrimeCenter, their solution for prepress automation. PrimeCenter streamlines file preparation for digital printing and cutting. It embeds automated preflighting and a state-of-the-art Nesting algorithm to create perfectly optimised, ready-to-produce layouts to save time on prepress and reduce media waste.
