Brother Showcasing Latest Developments For The Industrial Sewing Sector

Brother will showcase new models in the single-needle lockstitch family as well as its new BAS-JX series.

In addition to enhanced software, visitors to this year’s ITMA in Milan can experience some other features on the new BAS-JX. The skip stitch detection, new thread trimming mechanism and newly introduced fabric thickness detection make this machine a state-of-the-art solution in the field of automated sewing.

Visitors can also discover Brother’s innovative ‘ISC’ technology and the BM-2000 bonding machine. With the BM-2000, applying glue and bonding cloth are performed at the same time. Due to the cylinder design of the BM-2000, the possibilities of use have increased, to areas such as long sleeves or trouser legs. The fabric choices are now even bigger since the temperature of the glue is only 120 degrees low. Users can select the garment without concern of damage due to heat and shine.
