Natron 314 series UV ink is formulated as a neutral ink and an alternative ink offering for OEM inkjet manufacturers using Ricoh Gen 4 and Gen 5 printheads. This inkjet ink prints well on both hard and flexible items. The goal was to develop sustainable advanced inkjet inks that adhere to many substrates.
The 314 Series offers exceptional adhesion on hard-to-print substrates. It prints well on glass, metals, ceramics, stainless steel, Tritan plastics, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and many other substrates while using very little energy.
These energy-saving inks are cost-effective, fast-curing, and low-odour. Additionally, prints are vibrant due to the inks’ high-grade pigmentation. The 314 series offers a minimum of 35% per litre cost savings compared to OEM inks.
The Natron 314 Series UV inks’ premium pigment formulation delivers high performance and excellent printability. Like the JP254 UV inkjet primer, these UV inks do not clog inkjet nozzles and do not deflect when printing. Test results have shown that 314 produces remarkable consistency and unparalleled print quality. This helps decorators cut cost, reduce the number of inks needed for printing, and delivers exceptionally high-quality prints on different substrates. This ink for digital printing equipment is available in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, Light Magenta, Light Cyan and Varnish.
