Avery Dennison selected Mimaki’s UV-curable inkjet printer to launch the TrafficJet Xpress Print System, a solution set to redefine traffic sign production with UV printing technology.
The TrafficJet Print System is a digital print platform designed for printing on reflective sheeting for traffic signs, vehicle marking and traffic devices. It offers the advantages of UV printing to sign shops at all production levels and offers unmatched efficiency and quality in traffic sign printing.
Since introducing its first system in 2013, Avery Dennison has been at the forefront of digitalising the traffic sign manufacturing process globally. In 2020, the company expanded its offerings with TrafficJet Pro, a high-speed printer for high-volume production that utilises UV-curable ink. Enabling immediate post-processing without ink drying time and providing a more environmentally friendly printing solution. With a focus on quality and durability, Avery Dennison also offers a long-term digital sign warranty of up to 15 years for outdoor exposure.
