Artswana exhibited the Mimaki CJV150-130 print/cutter and CG60 SR-III cutter at the Global Expo Botswana, held from 31 October to 3 November 2017.
Graphix Supply World (GSW) partner Artswana is Mimaki’s Botswana dealer. The company, which has been operating for some 25 years, started out as a supplier of art materials mainly to government schools. Over the years it has grown to include the sale of screen printing materials and subsequently materials and equipment for general signage and digital printing.
Owner Anthony Frohlich said, ‘Our relationship with GSW began five years ago when the company was in Botswana promoting its equipment. There was a lot of interest in the equipment at the expo, where we received many enquiries and are hoping we can follow these through into actual sales.’
The CJV 150-130 is suitable for variously sized signage and point-of-sale marketing materials, and the CG60 SR-III cutter is renowned for its capability to cut a wide range of substrates at high speeds.
