AM.CO.ZA have announced a new product that is soon to arrive in South Africa, the V6-FILM/180: V-Auto 185mm Automatic Film Cutting Machine.
The solution is a specialised vinyl cutter based on the V-Auto Model, designed for cut mobile devices/phones protection film (front cover film, back decoration film and full body film).
Product features:
– Always up-to-date mobile device shape database on internet, with 150+ brands and 10,000+ mobile phone, tablet, camera and watch templates included.
– Cutting on film up to 1mm thick, supporting TPU, TPH, PP, PVC, PET etc. mobile device protection films, hydrogel films and anti-explosion films.
– Maximum cutting width: 18.5cm. Works with 120 × 180mm protection films.
– Uses Roland compatible tungsten carbide alloy extra-sharp blades specialised for film cutting – three free blades included.
– Maximum 500mm per second adjustable cutting/plotting speed. Preset cutting pressure and speed to reduce film sheet wasting.
– Multi-level cutting tip length adjustable cutting blade holder.
– Additional pen holder with ball-point refill included for practice and decorative back film pattern development.
– High speed microstepping stepper motor driving system with 0.0025mm per step cutting accuracy.
– Mechanical resolution: 0.0025mm and less than 0.1mm tolerance on final cutting.
– Uses household 220V electricity. Compatible with UPS and generator.
