Allrich will showcase its equipment and signage for a wide range of applications at the Sign Africa Expo in Bloemfontein, taking place 15 February 2024 at Ilanga Estate.
Visitors will be able to see live demonstrations of Allrich’s ZD 2400 automatic acrylic bending machine, as well as the smaller ABM 700 manual acrylic bending machine. The larger machine features manual fine-tuning and is equipped with an electronic angle digital display for a precise angle. The heating gap can be adjusted from between 1-30mm and the materials that can be processed include Plexiglas (acrylic), PC, PVC, PP, PE, PS board and other plastic materials. The smaller machine is a useful tool for softening and bending acrylic, organic glass, Plexiglas, PVC, PC, ABS and PP sheets into shapes and can be used for sign making.
The MEHTA EVA-II CO2 cutting machine, which cuts leather, acrylic, MDF boards and Perspex, will also be showcased. The machines come in different versions: the VA 21-II, VA 32-II and VA 43-II, and they have a linear inner sliding guide rail for long life as well as smooth and high speed operation. Engraving and cutting continue after the power goes off. They features a Dynamic 4.3 colour TFT LCD display, the Red Light Pointer realises the exact laser beam cutting position and the machine is provided with mounting legs so there is no vibration.
EZ-II-1325 CNC engraving and router machines include a handheld controller, which allows the operator to set job parameters, jog the machine, perform system tests and download jobs from the computer via USB cable and USB key. It features 25mm linear guideways for high positional accuracy and long life with high motion accuracy and the original HSD Italian spindle gives users very stable, trouble-free and maintenance-free performance for long periods of time. Fast speed and high accuracy are ensured by the gear transmission equipped on the CNC router, and high accuracy and heavy workload are ensured by the imported square rail. The working table is covered with a rigid PVC sheet for a long-life aluminium T slot table.

In addition, Policril cast acrylic and Global Bond aluminium composite panels will also be seen at the company’s stand. Policril is the trade name for Cast Acrylic (Polymethyl Methacrylate) manufactured by Irpen S.A.U. The product is produced to Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008 and also meets the Environmental standard ISO 14001:2004. Produced in a wide range of thicknesses and sheet sizes, Policril is an extremely stable product with ideal resistance to weather while maintaining superb optical clarity. Applications include: signage, point of sale, display, fabrication, glazing, lighting, shopfitting and splashbacks.
Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP’s) are commonly used for building cladding, insulation and for display signs. ACP’s are light, rigid and strong and can be produced in metallic as well as non-metallic colours.
Amari deco items such as vinyl flooring, wall cladding, sheets and mouldings will also showcased, as well as gifting products, including diaries, water bottles and power banks.
