Agfa highlighted how its technology delivers superior quality, efficiency, and versatility to print professionals. Visitors looking to elevate their business were invited to explore Agfa’s live wide-format inkjet demonstrations and be inspired by an extensive range of print samples.
Agfa’s stand not only highlighted its complete solutions ecosystem, but also showcased a diverse range of printing applications in action, including: on-demand packaging printing for cardboard boxes and corrugated materials using UV and water-based inks; multi-layer printing with white ink, creating striking graphic effects and textures; industrial print applications, featuring samples of laminates, leather, fabrics, and decorative surfaces. Agfa presented its latest innovations at FESPA Brasil 2025 (São Paulo, March 17-20).
‘We are passionate about helping sign and display, packaging, and industrial printing companies create unique, high-impact prints with maximum performance and efficiency,’ said Paulo Amaral, Head of Agfa’s Digital Printing and Chemicals division in Latin America. ‘Our latest solutions demonstrate our commitment to continuous innovation – offering ‘a beast for every need’ so that print professionals always have a reliable solution, no matter their challenge or application.’
Building on the success of the Anapurna Ciervo H3200 at FESPA Brazil 2024, with five new installations in Brazil alone, Agfa has expanded the Ciervo family with the Ciervo H2500, making its Latin American debut at the show.
This 2.5m wide high-performance hybrid printer features six-colour + white GREENGUARD Gold-certified inks, delivering vibrant prints with minimal cost and environmental impact. Designed for versatility and efficiency, it ensures high-quality results across banners, vinyl, glass, and coated textiles, making it ideal for sign and display, POS, and fine art prints.
Additionally, both the Ciervo H3200 and H2500 now support optional corrugated media feed guides, enabling precise and reliable printing on corrugated cardboard for both packaging and POS applications.
Powered by Agfa’s Asanti software, the Ciervo H2500 LED ensures an efficient workflow with superior color management and consistency.
Another hybrid printer that was showcased on the booth, the new Jeti Bronco H3300S, fills the gap between the Anapurna and Jeti Tauro families, offering a perfect blend of high quality and industrial productivity. This model is an excellent choice for businesses requiring premium results with the efficiency to meet high-demand, short-term delivery services.
Both the Ciervo and the Bronco are designed for roll-to-roll as well as rigid materials, delivering exceptional productivity while maintaining the cost efficiency Agfa is known for. The Jeti Bronco H3300S boasts 6 colours + white and is equipped with printheads that deliver resolutions up to 2400 dpi. It ensures optimised productivity with continuous feeding of single or multiple plates, and offers the flexibility of a field upgrade, allowing the printer to expand from 2 to 4 rows of print heads.
Agfa showcased its workflow software in a dedicated demonstration area. Asanti software integrates the entire production flow, minimising manual interventions and reducing errors. The browser-based dashboard interfaces with MIS/ERP systems to finetune quotes, track production time, and monitor ink and material consumption. The latest version includes features like automated job grouping and tools tailored for packaging production. Agfa will also show the new dashboard, which consolidates key production metrics such as ink/material consumption and printer usage.
