Advanced Machinery (AM.CO.ZA’s) printers were used to get the Universal Music workplace Covid-19 ready with customised signage printed on vinyl, and, in a separate installation, the printers were used to create a unique effect with sandblasted vinyl.
According to AM.CO.ZA, sandblast vinyl is the ideal alternative to contemporary sandblasting. The ‘sandblast’ in vinyl refers to the effect and not the process of sandblasting. The sandblast vinyl can be applied directly on the glass surface and the designs are endless. See the installations below:
