Metamark’s high performance digital vinyl with high tack clear adhesive and a protective layer of laminate were used in a mural project.
Freedom Signs was called in to provide finishing works including ambient graphics to nullify what would otherwise be huge expanses of good old magnolia emulsion paint at Truro and Penwith College.
The team at Freedom Signs worked with the college’s resident designer to develop a range of wall graphics with an engineering emphasis. The designs recognise that the audience passes corridor walls on foot and centres on a theme linking network-like lines with pictures and text-based engineering philosophy. The result emphatically proves that wall graphics can displace acres of paint effectively and also radiates a sense of mission wholly at home in the new building.
The team at Freedom Signs reached for Metamark Materials to produce its winning wall murals. MD5-H, the high tack version of Metamark’s flagship MD5 digital media, delivered exemplary print quality to the works and, given the bumps and bashes the expertly applied graphics would endure, it’s all safely covered with a protective layer of MG-702 Laminate.
