Intec Digital Print Systems
UK based manufacturer Intec has teamed up with Intamarket in an exclusive deal to provide their innovative digital systems to the commercial print, design and graphics market in South Africa.

Three new flatbed models: FB550, FB750 and FB1150, cater to a variety of stocks and sizes ranging from 350 x 520mm and up to 740 x 1040mm and can handle paper, boards, synthetic materials, vinyls and kiss cut applications from 0.5mm to 1200 micron, cutting at up to 600mm per second with an SRA3 taking between 30-45 seconds per sheet, depending on job complexity. FuleiUnion Technology
Intamarket has extended their range of finishing products for the sign and display markets with the introduction of Fulei heat presses. Both the HT-1720P T2B and HT-1732 T2B heat press models are designed for roll-to-roll sublimation and heat transfer use with the main applications being textiles, furnishings, fashion, sportswear and curtains. The HT-1732 T2B is further designed for piece by piece sublimation, making it ideal for producing individual items such as mouse pads and car mats. The constant operating temperature, low voltage power requirement, easy feeding table, and easy access design for felt blanket entry and release make these robust machines efficient and simple to operate.
Intamarket also has the Fulei range of laminators available, which include the CII Plus Cold, E Cold and E Warm models for wide format laminating or mounting application use. The BU-1600 CIIPlus cold laminator and applicator with its 1580mm working width is an entry-level package designed for the sign and display market, while the BU-1600 E cold laminator and applicator represents Fulei’s latest offering to the digital display market. The BU-1600 E Warm laminator and applicator also includes a ‘heat assisted’ top roller. The accurate CNC metal cutting programme used in the construction of these models ensures secure and aligned laminating for quality finishing.
