Drytac will demonstrate a number of new products, including three new OptiTac mounting adhesives and Polar Burst print media.
Polar Burst is a brand new 3.7mil (95µ) printable, satin-finish, self-adhesive, reflective vinyl with a high quality, removable grey acrylic adhesive that allows for adhesion to smooth, flat surfaces. Compatible with latex and UV printing technologies, Polar Burst’s reflective qualities create graphics which retain their vibrancy, no matter what time of day or night, as well as in wet-weather conditions. Approved for both indoor and up to three-years’ outdoor use, it is ideal for signage and general advertising applications, as well as POP displays, posters and other exhibition graphics.
OptiTac is a 1.5mil (38µ) high quality, optically clear PET film for face mounting of images to clear substrates such as PetG, Plexiglas, acrylic, polycarbonate and glass. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use – and offering UV stability – OptiTac is ideal for lenticular imaging applications, backlit display transparencies, touchscreen displays and high quality photographic and inkjet printed images.
OptiTac Removable has the same benefits as OptiTac but with a removable adhesive on one side, allowing for the reuse of expensive materials such as Plexiglas.
OptiTac CF is a 1.75mil (45µ) high quality, unsupported pressure-sensitive, permanent solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by a clear PET release liner on both sides. This carrier-free mounting adhesive is made using the finest optical clarity components and is ideal for reducing silvering when using media and substrates that may not be completely smooth. OptiTac CF is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
As well as these new introductions, Drytac will also be highlighting a wide range of its self-adhesive materials. In particular, the company will be showcasing its innovative SpotOn, ViziPrint, ReTac, WipeErase and Polar ranges. A number of BannerBug banner stands will also be showcased.
These solutions will all be showcased at the upcoming ISA Sign Expo 2018, scheduled to take place March 22-24, 2018 at the Orange County Convention Centre, South Hall in Orlando, Florida.
