Soft signage is a versatile medium for POP/POS applications, creating opportunities in areas previously dominated by paper, PVC or others. For polyester fabric applications, Zund has developed the Laser Module LM 100W, which cuts and seals the edges – all in the same process.
The laser module cuts polyester fabric and simultaneously seals the edges, eliminating fraying. The Laser Module also eliminates tedious manual labour, increases cutting precision and reduces production time. In addition, the LM 100W produces consistent, flawless edges with perfect repeatability.
As a Class 1 laser, it requires no special safety gear such as protective glasses. The laser module is fully enclosed, which provides reliable protection for the operator.
