Mimaki will demonstrate a wide range of solutions for the sign and display graphics market and industrial print, along with a technology demonstration of its unique 3D printing solution.

The UV-curable four-colour 3D printer that will be able to generate products featuring more than 10 million colour combinations.

These solutions will be showcased at the upcoming FESPA 2017 in the Textile Hall, while Mimaki’s solvent printers and up to six UV printers, along with two cutting solutions will be showcased in the Digital Hall.

The Tx300P-1800 and Tx300P-1800B direct-to-textile printers have been updated to simultaneously load both textile pigment and sublimation dye inks. This enables the use of a single printer to print directly on a wide range of textiles without the need to change out ink systems.

‘We are looking forward to FESPA 2017 with great excitement,’ said Ronald van den Broek, general manager sales at Mimaki Europe.

Mimaki will also be showing the JFX200-2531 high efficiency printer with a large table for the first time on the continent.

Upcoming FESPA events include FESPA Africa, the region’s largest, focused exhibition for the wide format digital printing, screen printing, garment decoration and textile printing, which is co-located with Sign Africa and Africa Print, the region’s leading events for the signage industry. The event is taking place from 13-15 September 2017 at Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
