Hexis is been honoured for the third time with European Digital Press (EDP) Awards. The EDP Association presented the product award winners with their accolades on 21 May 2014 at FESPA Digital in Munich.
The EDP Association grants the EDP Awards to the best products of the year introduced in the European market. It reviews quality, but also aspects such as value to the user, support and service etc.
This year Hexis has been awarded in two categories:
• Best adhesive substrate for digital printing (HX190WG2).
• Best self adhesive substrate non print (HFLEX100P).
Hexis HX190WG2 a Super cast vinyl film the product is suitable complex curved substrates 3D Application and wrapping (vehicles, rivets etc.) and adheres on steel, aluminium, PVC and melamine. This vinyl film carries the micro-structured air releasing adhesive (Hex’Press adhesive technology) which make wrapping and repositioning the vinyl fast and easy due to the air egress channels in the adhesive coat.
Hexis HFLEX100P is a 90-micron polyurethane film, made with an aqueous phase, free from any solvents, stretchable, suitable for hot transfer applications on cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics. Matt surface finish.
