NUtec has expanded its range of premium quality digital inks with the new Emerald E-10 ECO. The general purpose solvent ink requires little maintenance and still offers an outdoor durability of over two years.
The ink, which enters the market as a no-smell, highly durable alternative to the original ECO inks, is suitable for use with the Epson DX4, DX5 and DX6 print heads, as used in Roland RS-640 and VP-540, as well as Mimaki JV33 and CJV30 printers. The E10-ECO renders excellent colour reproduction and gloss across a wide range of self-adhesive vinyl substrates, PVCs and canvases.
‘We wanted to produce an ink to fit into the high res bracket that has limited to no smell,’ said Neil Green, Marketing and Sales Director at NUtec Digital Ink. ‘While sufficient ventilation is still strongly recommended, the E10-ECO is targeted towards the printer who does not have a large operation environment.’
