Hookei SA, a provider of retail solutions, exhibited at the Sign Africa Expo, which ran during September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
At the stand, visitors could learn more about the company’s holders for retail applications (e.g supermarkets), off-the-shelf and custom solutions, injection mouldings, magnetic bases, hangers, wing holders, shelf rollers, and other POS items.
One of the many solutions at the Hookei SA stand was the company’s new Floor Projector, which works indoors and outdoors. Users can pre-load logos with colours of their choice, which work well even in high-light areas where one simply needs to project a darker image onto a darker surface.
Different mounting options are available, and multiple units can work together at the same time, projecting different images. Images can also be projected onto roofs and walls.
Managing director, Garry Babich, said this was the company’s first time at a Sign Africa Expo, and reported that they had more visitors to their stand than expected, with an increase in traffic to their website as a result.
Additionally, Babich said the expo exposed the company to a few SADC countries such as Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
