Automatic Letter Bender (ALB) exhibited its 3D letter bender machine at the London FESPA expo which was held from the 25 to the 27th of June this year.
The 3D letter bender machine is a fully automatic and computer controlled CNC bender. The machine bends spatial letters, characters, logos and custom shaped panels.
It is universal and uses different kinds of materials. Alurapid tapes, aluminium strips tapes, stainless steel strip tapes, steel strip tapes, and galvanized strip tapes can be used for bending.
Range of the bending materials thickness is from 0.4mm to 1.5mm and the bending tapes width is from 10mm to 140mm. Automatic Letter Bender bends letters from minimum height of 80mm to max height of 2000mm.
This 3D letters bender has an automatic self-calibration and self-regulation function, which requires the operator to only control the process.
