This is why 3A Composites’ KAPA line and LUMEX A have been used in the construction of social distancing screens in Spain.
KAPA is a lightweight foam board with a polyurethane foam core, while LUMEX A is a premium amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET). LUMEX A convinces with its very high chemical resistance against cleaning agents, mineral oils and solvents. Moreover the sheets are flame retardant rated B – s1, d0 according to EN 13501-1 (difficult-to-ignite) and are 100% recyclable.
